  42. Recently, _Fortune_ or _Forbes_ ran an article on Motorola that
  43. mentioned another competitor to conventional cellular -- at least one
  44. company that had a license for taxi dispatching frequencies was
  45. planning to convert them over to cellular, making them a third cellular
  46. service in their area.

  48. The article was kind of short on details, since it was about Motorola's
  49. competitive approach to business, not alternative cellular providers.
  50. It was not clear how much bandwidth the company had in those former
  51. taxi-dispatch frequencies.
